I have a Lite-On DVDRW LDW-411S. It will not read any kind of disk.i have tryed to upgrade the firmware but that didnt help. I have installed all software that came with it does any1 no anything i can try. Thanks for any help.

Does this include original DVD's, and was it working before ?

Also try uninstalling from device manager then restart PC and let it find the drive again, im assuming the drive will be in your device manager if not then it has not been installed correctly, i.e check jumper settings master/slave etc.
