Hello

I have a large collection of club music video dvds, what I would like to do
is take videos from multiple dvds and make a dvd of the best songs, is
there a program that will do this easily if anyone has had any experience
doing this your help would be appreciated.

Well you will need to rip the videos you want with something like DVD Decrypter and then you will need to author the DVD in something like DVD Lab, one of many DVD Authroring programs about.

DVD Decrypeter is very easy to use and there are plenty of guides around.
