hi -i live in korea and have some english dvd's i want to play - is there a dvd player i can buy that converts pal to ntsc and that will work with my tv? p.s i got my ps2 dvd player chipped but that didnt work

Most DVD Players will convert NTSC to PAL, not many NTSC DVD Players will play PAL discs.

So im assuming your TV is NTSC only, you could always get a convertor to convert from PAL to NTSC or get a multi system TV.

Unfortunately i dont know of any NTSC DVD players that will play PAL as i live in Europe and most of our DVD Players can playback NTSC as standard.
