When burning a iso to disk, how do you deal with a file that is, say 735mb?

Iso's store information in a different format, so they can sometimes appear larger than what they will end up being on disc.

It should fit on a 700MB 80Min CD.

If not, enable overburning in your software. Most burners support this feature.
