Is there a program that will slow down cdrom playback?

I have a LG 52x32x52 cd burner. I find when you playback audio cds it is very noisy as the drive spins up to the faster speed of 52. Is there a way to slow down the playback speed when listening an audio cd?

also if you have nero burning rom installed the utility "CD SPeed that is in the "nero Toolkit also has a function to reduce CD speed.

I'm not sure if this is what your looking for but I use this program to slow down the music to pick apart the leads or riffs from the guitar.

The demo will let you only play 2 tracks but if I remember it was cheap money to get the full version
