i've gotten evox 2.6 boot disk to run on my xbox, and i've been able to ftp to my xbox so i have made a backup of the hd. here's the problem......

when i installed evox 2.6, it said in installed onto the hard drive, but when we went to load the dashboard w/out the boot disk, it did not work! we have a xbox w/ a lpc mod chip and a retail hd...which is the type of install we did.

what should we do to fix this so we can get the dashboard to load w/out the boot disk????
