PSone Mod chip

Hi can someone advise me on a good site to get s psone mod chip model no scph/102. Our kid has just got one and I said I'd mod it for him im not bad with a soldering iron so it should go ok. Can someone tell whats the best chip to get and the cheapest place to get it from please.
