have a dirty disc error with project gotham racing 2. Deleted "XDemos" Directory, created iso with Quix101 (1.01 i think) burnt with nero on Princo DVD-R. Starts up...shows a bit of start movie. freezes...then comes up with a loading screen, then it says "There is a problem withn the disc you are using, it may be dirty or damged" *Yells At Xbox*...im thinking of copying it bac on to my xbox harddrive..(as the game has already been taken back....to my friends house*wink*)

Is there something ive done wrong...any help would be GREAT! :bouncing:

Hi, i have the same problem, i did the same, deleted xdemos directory, and burn the disc, it loads, and i see the video, but the same error appears.

Just set the clock to correct time and date in m$ dash

there is a xbe patch for this game dealing with that issue.. but the cheap trick is to fix the date...

wow...i did this a few months ago..hmm.
to fix it boot into the ms dash and correct the time...for some reason ythe game doesnt like the date being before the game was actually made :rolleyes:
