That's because it hasn't been copied/ripped correctly and it doesn't recognise the disc.
The easiest way is to use a No CD patch and it won't ask to check for the disc again.

Then you really have a problem.
If it won't install, what has worked for me on odd occasions is to copy and paste everything from both the CD's onto your desktop and click on the setup file.
That makes it install from hard drive to hard drive as opposed to CD drive to hard drive.
It could very well be however that whomever has ripped the game has done so incorrectly or you have burned them incorrectly.
What format were the files that you downloaded in and how exactly did you burn them?

the setup from the disk works but when i put disk 2 he can' t find it!!!
I copy the files to my desktop but when i want to install it he can't find

maybe the name of my disks are incorrect???

Technically that shouldn't matter as it doesn't use the name of the disc, just the label as in D:, E:, or F: etc.
Don't you have the option to "Browse" when it can't find the file?

Then I'm sorry but it sounds like it hasn't been ripped/burnt correctly if it's not recognising the 2nd CD.
Try downloading another one from a different source or in a different format.

I haven't really been much help unfortunately.
Anyway, I would try downloading both from a different source if you possibly can.
If you get stuck again, post back and someone might have a solution for you.
Good luck.
BTW, what format were these images in, "ISO"?

Okay well then just try a different source and download them again and see how you go.
That's all I can suggest without having it here in front of me.
