I have a samsung digitall CD-R/RW SW-212, if that means any thing to anyone! I can't get it to record cd's (data or audio) without various errors occurring. I've tried different software, and according to my PC the 'device os working properly' though I beg to differ. It doesn't loke picking up blank CD's at all at the moment, I've tried different brands of cd and makes no difference. It reads other cd's fine, can anyone suggest anything? I culd do with new ideas I've been trying to solve this for months! Thanks, Paula.

What is the exact error message?
