Hi!

I'm feeling rather lost. Hope someone can help me.

I've fitted an LG cd-writer into a Dell home pc that has Windows ME. The cd that came with the burner is Nero Express 5.5.9.9 InCD 3.39.0.

All I want to do is take my photos off my Father-in-law's computer so he can have his memory back :)

Why oh why does it copy my JPG images into DAT files that the pc cannot read? *sigh* Do I need the VCDGear software that I've read about elsewhere on this forum? Will the cd be able to be viewed on any pc?
