Could someone help????

I have bought a music CD (sony label) and on the cover it says that it would not play on PC and Mac's.

If you put the cd in the drive it does not see it. As far as i know the music cd
must have some copy protection.

How can i still play this cd on my computer without any problems???

Let this be a lesson to you.

Don't buy CD's that trample on your consumer rights.

Anyway, there have been reported methods that involve holding down the shift key when you insert the CD to prevent AutoPlay, and then trying to access the files through Windows Explorer.

Some people even say going around the outside track of the CD with a marker or texta works, but that is obviously not suggested nor ideal.

Personally, I would connect my stereo to my PC, rip the tracks at the highest bit-rate for quality, then make them available on file sharing applications just to give Sony and others the sh!ts!
