I have the Magic 3.1 Plus in my PS2

i read this chip has and New ON / OFF technology to deactivate the Modchip function, so there is this original cd-r (X-Port CD) that does not want to load in my PS2, it gives me the red screen


si i imagine i have to turn off the chip to make it load......how do i do this??

turn off (red light on power button)
turn on by pressing the on/off button and hold it
while you hold it, the eject button will turn to blue light
still hold it for 4-5 more seconds, now the chip is deactivated
