Well, you can either load games by streaming from your PC to your Broadband Adaptor (you must have Phantasy Star Online original game to do this) which is a crappy method, or you can get a Viper chip for booting off of mini/Full sized DVD-R.

Go to www.ps2nfo.com's forums and there should be a tutorial for either method in the Gamecube/Viper GC section.

In what country do people go around calling them "masterized games"? :p

You can also use ANACONDA, which is a virtual viper chip you load with PSO. Cool.
