Having a problem with outlook express am trying to download my e-mails but when it gets to message 10 it does not download it and I get no error message coming up left it for over an hour and still looks like it is trying to receive the message it is either a huge file or there is a fault somewhere can anybody help me with this.

You can download Eudora free. (just google for "download Eudora".

Also, you can stop your email client from downloading attachments larger than x kilobytes. YOu can set x to what you want.
