my question is :
i have a lite on 1633s and it can only play regular dvd's and dvd+R it will not recgonize other typse of media be it cd-r or cd-rw or any type of manufactured cd. i updated the firmware in hopes of it changing but it didn't. i wouldn't consider myself a novice in the pc departmant i know what im doing but this is bugging me

should it be RMA'd or is their a way to fix it ?
