I am using the latest version and have had problems with columbia movies. Like The grudge or forgotten or resident evil the new one. Is there any way to backup these movies. Is there a different program or something i could use. Please let me know that would be great.

Try getting the newest version of dvd decrypter, running it through that, then do your dvd srink. Some of those movies have a new css protection on them.
