How do i take small mpg/avi clips from a dvd??

i know you can rip whole movies but i just want clips, or do you have rip the whole mpg then cut it???

is there any software that does it for you?

wanna take 5 or 10 min clips from a full dvd movie.

any help would be great

Flask will do it for you as well as DVD X...not to be confused with DVD XCopy.
