i've got loads of VHS I wanna put on DVD.

seen this capture/TV card. Is it OK or should i be looking for something it doesnt have?

Looks good but now matter how good it is you will not be able to record a VHS tape in true DVD quality as VHS tape has a much lower resolution than a DVD. The video you record from the tape will be acceptable though. Recording tv shows by attaching the cable directly into the card should allow you to record in very good quality...my card is an old cheap one but records from cable very well. You didn't state anything about this but you should consider getting a card with output capabilities as well. I'd say that over all the card looks good. You didn't state the price though so if it's pricey you may not be getting the best bang for your buck. I hope this helps.
