my cd rom and dvd player just stopped working one day
they open and lights flash and everything, except nothing gets read
even when i go to my computer, the d drive doesnt pop up
can anyone help?

Need more info. Did you install something new, upgrade your OS, do they appear in your BIOS screen etc?
