I have an xbox live question, which I'm hoping someone can help me out, my current ISP is pipex. The problem is I've got an ASR-8400 Router, the xbox I've got has got a modchip fitted with a switch. When the switch is turned off to play xbox live. I have no problems connecting after going through the setup and selecting automatic configuration for IP and DNS on the xbox, which works ok, until I switch off the chip to play back up's! When I switch the chip back off to play live, I got to go through the xbox automatic settings again. This happens every time I used the switch. I have tried setting up the IP and DNS manually, but I still get the same problem. I didn't have this problem. When I was using my normal USB modem connected to my computer with Internet connection sharing switched on. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you
