I know I'm a newbie and it's probably annoying to answer these questions but I seriously need help please! I tried nero express v6 and it won't take dvd-r. I tried alcohol 120 and I think the trial version is blocking me from burning anything. I have the serial number for alcohol but nowhere to put it in. I tried dvd decrypter and it keeps saying "medium not present". What am I doing wrong? Isn't there a good burning program out there that I can get free or at least get a trial version that allows me to enter a serial number? I have two iso files to burn and a cd/dvd writer combo.

those are the best burning programs, sounds like a drive problem

your burner probably only supports dvd+r this happened to me i have a dvd-r burn only drive and it wasnt reading the +r dvds when i wanted to burn em but dvd-r works fine
