X-tender Is A "case" That Allows You To Hook Up 2-3 More Drives To Your Xbox.
You Can Only Boot Up In One Drive At A Time And I Was Just Wodering If Anyone Uses It And If It Is Anygood? How Hard To Get The Other Hdd's To Run?

Not sure how much this costs, but check out http://www.llamma.com/xbox/Mods/xbox_4_connector_ide_cable_udma_.htm this shows you how to build one. If you had to buy the parts you might spend 15 or 20 bucks maybe. But being able to by a kit does provide some convenience. Can you provide a link to get more info on the xtender?

I FUGURE THAT $499 IS KIND OF HIGH AND YOU STILL HAVE TO BUY AND SET UP THE OTHER HARD DRIVES, WOULD BE CHEAPER TO JUST DO IT YOURSELF WITH EXTERNAL HARD DRIVES AND JUST PLUG IN THE ONE YOU WANT TO USE....BUT I'M A NOOB AND DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT IT.

I checked out the links, the case cover they send with it is definitley interesting, allowing you to house two hard drives inside the xbox. That is kind of neat in a way. If you don't mind your xbox being bigger than it already is. That is something that I wouldn't mind though. It does have a little bit of alure to it. Keep your original drive in tact, put in a larger one, run the larger one till you want to play Live, then push a button, and your back to your original drive. Premod price is a little steep I think, because if you were to buy it seperatly, would only cost somewhere around 350-400.
