But you could also plug in a compatible memory stick for other uses as well. I have heard of people using some other thingsl, but your limited to what the xbox can run. User Name Feb 22, 2005, 08:18 PM i 'spose i wasn't specific enough, as i kinda meant what am i limited to? can it piggy back onto the default controller ports? to play say, a football game with 6 people? or am i kinda out in the dark as to what i can use them for and what not? like trial and error? if there's a list anywhere i'd appreciate being directed to it. if i could play espn or madden with 5 other people using the usb slots, that would rock WAY too much. thanks for the help sadalius Feb 23, 2005, 01:39 PM I have never tried this and can't confirm that it works, but I have heard of people using a USB hub to connect up to 8 controllers at once. I would suppose it would depend on how the game is setup as to whether it would support the extra controllers or not, and it would leave me to wonder about over powering the USB ports of the xbox. I may try this and see what happens. I will post back as soon as I have more information or if any one can confirm whether this works or not, let us know. |
