I do have it, but the CD is so scratched up it won't play. I figured the next best thing than buying a new one, was to get the ISO.

If you do own it, contact the game distributor and they will usually either give you another copy for free, or charge you a minimal cost of the CD itself.

Failing that, you should be able to make a copy yourself, or extract the contents into an ISO using ISOBuster or similar.

That will work in most cases unless the CD is very badly damaged.
