will me mess up anything by deleting the gamesave that i used to install uxe on my xbox?

Just to delete the game save will not hurt anything. Wouldn't hurt to leave it either, just incase you did a restore and then wanted to re-do the mod. But as long as you have it on a memoery device, it should be ok.
