I have a program that lets me copy my dvds to my computer.Now I am wanting to make copys of my daughter cartoon dvds to leave at my mil's house but when i rip them they are in VOB format.Can someone either point me to a better program and/or tell me how to get these on to dvds that the dvd/vcr can read?

They do rip into VOB files, thats the basic make up of a DVD, download Ahead NERO HERE (http://www.nero.com/en/nero-prog.php) Burning Rom and use this to make the ripped files back into a DVD disc By making a DVD Video, open the red Video TS folder, drop the contents of your ripped DVD into it and burn the disc
