I have recently had some family visiting me and they decided to download and use MSN version 7 whilst they were here. I have now uninstalled MSN from Add/Remove programmes and also in Outlook Express in the Tools/Windows Messenger/Options section I have checked the settings. Every time following the computer being switched on, when I open Outlook Express, the relatives contacts appear. How do I completely remove any trace of my relatives account from my computer?

Windows Messenger is not MSN Messenger.

Two similar but different programs.

Just go to your address book in Outlook Express and delete the entries you don't want, or under the contacts heading on the bottom left just right-click the contact you don't want and delete.
