i have this isscript in my add/remove i dont know how it get there but i can't remove it. is it virus, spyware? how can i remove it???

It's not a virus or spyware.

It's the engine for InstallShield which some programs use to install themselves.

It's not always vital, but it wouldn't hurt and is safer to just leave it alone.
