Getting an error "failed to parse toolbar definition file" each time IE is opened. I can click "ok" and then it opens fine. Error doesn't halt the program from working, but does show up each time IE trys to open. Anyone know why this is happening?

It's happening because of a faulty or corrupt toolbar you have.

Try going to (in IE) Tools, Internet Options, Advanced Tab, and under Browsing uncheck "enable third-party browser extensions".

Reboot and try again.
