Ok, heres the problem, some hours ago my PS2 refuse Getaway Black Monday backup to play, the lens (or mechanism) start to move back and forth quickly so i tested it with another game and works ok.


Note: the game was payable before and is not scratched or dirty.

The problem is the back and forth thingy only with Getaway BM. Any possible fix for this?

maybe its a dual layer disc? :suspic:

Or your laser doesnt like that disc

OR your laser is on its way out...in other words; its going to die (in seven days)

Well, it has been two weeks or so since that and now is working better that ever.

I adjusted the laser mechanism (white gear) and greased the rods. Games load faster and without problem.
