I need the software for this drive! I accidentally deleted the cd-rw drive plus my dvd drive!! Where can I a download to make it work???

What software, windows should pick the drives up automatically

Windows doesn't pick up the software for the drive! It can't find it!! What do I do???

If you have your original windows disc, try re-installing Windows over your original copy WITHOUT formatting your drive. This way you'll keep your files & programs but get a new copy of Windows. During installation Windows will find and auto install all the drivers for your CDROMS etc. Although you may be required to re-install graphics and sound card drivers
