I recently bought a new computer that uses XP with the Nero CD-burning program. From my old computer, Windows 98 based with Adaptec (Easy-CD) burning program, I backed up all my Mp3's. These discs play fine through my DVD player and portable Mp3 player, but when I put them in to my new computer, they are not recognized and therefore I am unable to copy them over to my new hard drive. If anyone can offer me any tips, please feel free to do so. Thanks!

I am not sure on the method you used to back-up your files, Easy CD creator can allow you to record 2 different ways. Do you know if you had to format the disc using Adaptec Direct CD? Meaning, you could drag a drop all the files onto a disc and it would save automatically?
