CDRWin 3.9G just says "no supported devices installed." It use to recognize it on my old computer (HP), but it won't on my new one (Dell). I'm using Windows XP. I downloaded the latest firmware update and tried both ASPI settings. The only other burning software on my PC is RecordNow. Can anyone help?

i have 3.9K, sounds like 3.9g might be out of date.. try contacting them direct if u download 3.9k and still have issues

3.9K is the first version to support the PX-716A. I have one, and had to wait for version K to release.

I use a Plextor PX-Premium

It's is a really nice burner, got it for $65 USD on newegg.com. It's black and I got it installed in a USB 2.0 external case.. works really well.
