I am not sure if your question is breaking forum rules here by asking for a "copy" of a program, if its OEM then a copy would be illegal.

I'm not too sure about Phantom CD's capabilities, but if all you want is something to create virtual drives, then try Daemon Tools, absolutely free.

Virtual CD is the product you want £19 a product by microtest.

It allows multiple virtual cd drives, and as many volumes on your HD as it can hold along with a load manager..
