Is there any difference betweend a DVD game or a CD game for PC other than the storage capacity of the DVD?

Will performance and graphics differ?

If you mean a game that is released on both CD and DVD, then there shouldn't be any difference at all, performance wise. You may end up having to switch CDs during gameplay/installation, as opposed to just running off a DVD, but that's the only difference I can think of.
