Most good FTP services are pay-for-access, price is usually reflected in quality of content and speeds.

You need FTP client software - Flash FXP is my prefered favourite at the moment.

Once you get hooked up with an FTP server they will give you the settings required to access the server.

Need anymore help/advice etc give me a shout on Messenger gorkypark@hotmail.co.uk

I get virtually anything I want via Limewire and bittorrents.
Download speeds are usually maxed out for me on my 1mb connection.
