i'm usin dvd shrink and i'm tryin to burn a copy of hitch and at 13% this message always pops up " DVD Shrink encourted an error and cannot continue, Programming error - exception occured, Overlapped I/O operation is in progress". Does this mean that this dvd cant be copied or am i just doin something wrong please help.

I've run into problems like this with DVD Shrink before. Try ripping and decoding with DVD Decrypter and then shrinking with Shrink. Good luck!

Well what the heck...since we're on the subject...I never use Shrink to rip and decode as I usually run into errors...even with the older versions of Shrink. I always rip and decode with DVD Decrypter and then use Shrink to shrink. I have never run into any problems using this method. Has anyone else run into this problem with Shrink? Just curious.

Yes, it is the new Sony Arcoss protection.

Newest dvd decrypter (Jan) or anydvd can handle it

i mean decode cause i am new to this and i am tryin to burn some new dvds and i am havin some problems

Alright...insert DVD, start Decrypter, Decrypter automatically removes macrovision but you should check it just to be sure, rip DVD to HD, shrink the ripped files with DVD Shrink, burn to DVD and Robert's your father's brother!
