When I try to click the "Setup" icon for installing my DKU-5 (mobile phone) cable the following message is displayed:

"The InstallShield Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be installed.

The System cannot find the file specified."

So far I have tried deleting the contents of the "Temp" folder, and deleting the InstallShield "Engine" folder and neither have made any difference.

My OS is WinXP home edition.
