Is it OK to ask here about a recent prob I have with Agent which suddenly is unable to "launch".

BTW i have tried to post more fully & have been involved in a circuitous series of requests to "activate my accont", & repeatedly to login.
I was afforded the opportunity to "tell the webmaster" but that message was returned "undeliverable" hence the short enquiry above.
