Hi
I am using Sony CRX 320 DVD combo drive and my OS is windows 2000 professional edition. I am experiencing a strange problem while trying to write CD-R discs. Sometime back I used 8cms CD-RW disc for writng data and from then onwards when ever I tried to burn CD-R format disc, the software says it is unable to recognise the disc or waiting for the disc. I used different types of brands but I am unable to write to CD-R discs.
I also tried using MusicMatch, NERO and several other softwares for writing the CD-R discs, but none of them were able to recognise my CD-R disc while writing. I was able to read CD-R format discs but I cant burn anything onto these. Could some one help on solving this problem.
Note: I was able to write to CD-RW discs.
