hey i am trying to access www.bbc.co.uk/radio1 or any of the bc websites, i know for a fact this site works as the computer down stairs is working but not on my wireless pc in my room, why is this

yes i can access all the others that i want to its just that what i have come across so far, is it worth turning the modem and router off and c wot happens

long shot try pressing and holding the ctrl when trying to access site could be blocked by ad blocker....

it always comes up with page cannot be displayed, i have no problems with other sites that i go on, anyway of delting internet stuff

have you tried another browser like firefox http://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-1.0.6&os=win&lang=en-GB just to see if it works, or maybe reset your internet settings on ie - open ie goto tools/advanced/restore defaults.....

just downloaded it and when i go on the bbc website and it comes up with the msg the connection was refused when attempting to contact news.bbc.co.uk, i am really lost with this now
