Hi All,
Can anyone tell me how to remove the counters, that run across the top of a copied DVD. Or what software I can use.
Thanks,
HB1.

" Counters "? What exactly are you talking about? I've backed up hunderds of DVDs and have never wound up with counters. Are you talking about timecode that has been burned onto video...the type editors would use to make an edit decision list? If so, you may have to crop the video. Specify exactly what you're talking about.

Hi Tom,
When watching the dvd, the time elapsed is running across the top of the screen. The same as you get on the display of a stand alone machine.
Thanks,

It sounds to me like your problem has more to do with your t.v., DVD program or stand alone player...not the backed up DVD. Does the DVD have the same numbers running across the top when you play it on someone else's player? I think that your DVD may be fine but you've activated a counter function on a player or computer program.
