I have I/O Magic 8x DVD-burner. Everything went fine until yesterday, when I tried to run CDs, none of them can't be read by DVD-burner, but it can read DVDs. All of DVDs I throw in, it read them all, but I don't know why it can't read cds (all kind of cds, from music, and data, original and backup disc. None of them work).
If anyone has the same problem, or know how to fix it, please help me. Thank in advance.!!

DVD optical devices have 2 sets of lasers. 1 for DVD & 1 for CD. It's quite likely that the CD one has failed & it's not repairable.

Thank you very much. That's what I think first, but on other forum they told me that's not it, but they didn't tell me the problem is.

Try a cleaner disc in it first, as it may just be a dirty laser.
