Ok here is what I want. I would prefer one with a hard drive preferably about 160GB. I want to be able to record tv programs and edit out the commercials. I want them to be the same quality as when I watch it on tv.
Does anyone have one that allows you to edit out commercials before burning to dvd? I'd rather not go with a time consuming PC based burner when all I need are simple features. Recommendations anyone?

Any of the panasonics with hd are fine.
