Can Panasonic DVD-RWs be used to play xbox backups? I probably know the answer to this one, but can DVD-RAMs be played anyway on Xbox as well?

Imation-CDR Feb 07, 2006, 03:27 PM I tried Sony dvd-rw's once and it was a waste.. never worked and never tried again. But hey, why do you want to waste your money on dvd-rw's (and ram's ??), dvd-r's are much cheaper and I think safer... However, cd-rw's will work. But my xbox made always some sort of special noise, which you can't hear when using dvd-r's. And the games on cd-rw's crashed all the time. I don't see any advantage of using dvd-rw's. And if you want to burn a game and overwrite it - if that works ? DOCTOR_XBOX Mar 01, 2006, 08:20 AM I tried Sony dvd-rw's once and it was a waste.. never worked and never tried again.
