Same old story as everone else tryed to soft mod cocked it up then got it chipd to compensate.

Ok when i load a game it runs fine but it wont boot ms dash or slayers disk comes up with error 16 i have found out this is to do with the clock not been set or somthing along those lines but carnt get in to ms dash to sort any thing out.

Please help me restore my xbox to its former glory

since you haveit chipped, you should have ftp access if you backed up the files on your C:/ then you can simply wipe out the C:/ drive on your box and ftp te old files back. if you backed them up during the softmod process then the files are in a folder on the C:/ named backup

how do i gain acsess to my xbox as i dont know ip adress for it

download the latest Slayers Disc. burn it to CDRW if you have a decent DVD. ie. Phillips/Samsung.

Boot it up and restore (if available). otherwise; install EvoX and MSDASH again.
