got a few softmod xbox's all working fine since i done them last year..done with the splinter cell mod..

turned one of them on today and got a different dash..still evolution x but i only get

ms dashboard
reboot
power off
settings
backup

games still boot and play fine but cant access any of the apps installed, wont boot to ms dashboard just keeps returning to the above and i tried putting the splinter cell game in to turn the mod off but it just hangs at check points..reinstalled the apps but still no different..all the settings seem to be the same and am at a total loss...i can still ftp into the xbox.

any help appreciated

sorted now..incase anyone else has this prob..it was the evox.ini file ...copied it from another softmoded xbox and works perfect again

does anyone know if you can fix this problem without ftping the xbox.

i can't get my pc to connect to the xbox through flashfxp.
