Help, I recently upgraded the firmware on my two drives a samsung CD-RW and a BenQ DVD-R/RW. they both had trouble reading disks (they couldnt read them at all) and I hadto keep reinstalling the drivers. After I installed the firmware, one of the Samsung drive disappeared completely from the system and the BenQ device still doesnt work. I tried using the BIOS setup but the samsung is listed as an "unknown device", and the device manager says it doesnt exist. Have I screwed up completely or is it salvageable? If my Samsung is gone for good, how can I make sure my BenQ works and stays working?
