Hello! I'm new so bear with me.
I have a Toshiba SD-5372 DVD+-RW drive and I just upgraded to Windows XP. After I did, my DVD rom no longer reads CDs or DVDs as well as it won't burn anymore. I'm using Nero7 and even in Windows Media Player 10 it tells me there is no blank CD or DVD in the drive. I've updated the drivers, the firmware and everything as well as installed the update to Nero with no success.
I ran NeroInfoTool and this is what it came up with, in case someone can spot an error here:
Nero InfoTool 4.00
